Tuesday Knitting/Crochet Circle with Assistance
homesewn · Media, PA
A Tuesday afternoon knitting and crochet circle at homesewn in downtown Media, where makers bring their own projects and get hands-on help from instructor Caryl.
Attendees settle in around the shop's worktables with their own knitting or crochet project and work at their own pace, with an instructor on hand to untangle pattern instructions, fix dropped stitches, or demo a technique. The room stays relaxed and chatty, mixing total beginners with experienced makers who compare notes and cheer each other's progress. It's a low-key, two-hour way to spend a Tuesday afternoon on a shared hobby, with the colorful fabric-and-yarn shop as the backdrop.
homesewnA bright, colorful fabric and yarn shop that one customer described as being 'inside a rainbow' — homey and hands-on, with space to gather around worktables for sewing, knitting, and crochet classes and drop-in fiber arts circles.
