The Universal Dreamscape of the Night Sky

A free public lecture, "The Universal Dreamscape of the Night Sky," presented by astronomer Ted Williams, Ph.D. of the Rittenhouse Astronomical Society, held in the Delaware County Institute of Science's upstairs Lecture Hall with a Zoom option.

Attendees settle into the institute's 19th-century Lecture Hall — surrounded by a building full of mounted birds, fossils, and mineral specimens collected since 1833 — for an evening talk on the night sky from a Rittenhouse Astronomical Society astronomer. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. with the talk starting at 7:30, drawing a community crowd of local science enthusiasts, students, and curious neighbors. It's a low-key, discussion-friendly atmosphere, and those who prefer to stay home can join via Zoom.
