Expect a guitar-forward blues set built on Lonnie Shields' weathered, soulful lead vocals and Jesse Loewy's fleet, Hendrix-and-Stevie-Ray-schooled fretwork, with the band pushing through shuffles, slow-burning soul blues, and harder-driving Chicago-style grooves. Loewy's jazz training shows in improvisational stretches, so solos open up and trade off rather than restate the melody.
