Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer
The Media Theatre · Media, PA
A 60-minute Broadway Junior musical adaptation of the classic Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer TV special, staged at The Media Theatre for a family holiday matinee.
Expect a brisk, hour-long stage version of the familiar TV special, with Santa and Mrs. Claus, Hermey the Elf, Yukon Cornelius, Clarice and Bumble all appearing alongside Rudolph, plus songs like "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and "A Holly Jolly Christmas." The 11:00 AM start and short runtime make it an easy sit for young children, and the theater's roughly 450-seat house means even back rows stay close to the stage. It plays as a cheerful, low-stakes holiday outing — the kind of show where kids in the audience recognize every character and the message about difference being a strength lands squarely.
