Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer
The Media Theatre · Media, PA
A 60-minute Broadway Junior musical adaptation of the classic Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer TV special, staged at The Media Theatre for a late-morning holiday matinee.
Expect a compact, intermission-free hour of theater built for young audiences, with familiar characters like Santa and Mrs. Claus, Hermey the Elf, Yukon Cornelius, and Bumble the Abominable Snow Monster moving through the story of Rudolph finding his place. The 11:00 AM start time and 60-minute runtime make it an easy outing for families with small children, and the songbook of holiday standards keeps the room singable and bright. It's a straightforward seasonal treat rather than a lavish spectacle — the appeal is the story and songs, not elaborate staging.
