Preschool Pals: I is for Insect
Media Library · Media, PA
A 40-minute alphabet-themed storytime for ages 3–5 at the Media-Upper Providence Free Library, featuring insect stories and a make-your-own-insect craft.
Expect a short, gently paced session upstairs in the library's large meeting room, where a youth librarian reads a few insect-themed picture books and then hands out supplies for kids to assemble their own bug creation. The group is planned for ages 3–5, with a few toys set out to keep younger siblings occupied, so it's a relaxed, come-as-you-are outing for caregivers and small children. It wraps up in about 40 minutes — easy to fit before lunch or a nap.
