A drop-in storytime and play session at the Media-Upper Providence Free Library designed exclusively for babies who are not yet walking comfortably, featuring a story, songs, movement, and puppets followed by free play and caregiver chat.
Caregivers arrive with their pre-walking babies and settle in for a relaxed hour upstairs in the library's large conference room, where a librarian leads a story, bounce rhymes, egg-shaker shaking, singing, and puppet interaction. After the structured portion, babies get floor time to play while parents and caregivers chat and connect with others in the same stage of life. It's a low-key, welcoming drop-in session with no registration or pressure, and strollers are welcome with elevator access to the second floor.
