Pre-Walker Baby Time: Little Ghosts Edition
Media Library · Media, PA
A drop-in storytime and play session at the Media-Upper Providence Free Library designed exclusively for babies who aren't yet walking, with a story, songs, movement, puppets, and a Halloween-costume welcome.
Expect a relaxed, low-key hour upstairs in the library's large meeting room, where caregivers and their pre-walking babies settle in for a story, songs, movement, and puppet play before the formal part gives way to open play and conversation. Because the session is limited to babies who aren't yet walking comfortably, the room stays calm and floor-centered rather than chaotic, and strollers roll in easily thanks to the elevator. Families who dress their babies up for Halloween are invited to show off the costume, but the tone is informal — people come and go as their baby's mood allows.
