Families with toddlers and preschoolers can expect a gentle, playful Halloween session in the library’s large upstairs room, with stories, music, movement, and a simple cotton-ball ghost craft. Costumes are welcome but optional, and the 45-minute format is geared to short attention spans. Registration is required, and attendees should keep their LibCal confirmation in case they need to cancel.
