A three-hour BYOB paint-and-sip session at Painting with a Twist in Media, PA where artists pre-sketch a portrait of your pet from a submitted photo and guide you through painting it on canvas.
You send in a high-res color photo of your pet ahead of time, and arrive to find your canvas already sketched with their likeness, so the evening is about filling in color and detail rather than drawing from scratch. An artist demonstrates techniques and circulates to help each person individually, while you sip whatever you brought along — the studio supplies cups, plates, napkins and corkscrews but no ice or utensils. It's a relaxed, chatty group setting (ages 15 and up, BYOB for 21+) that ends with a finished custom portrait to take home.
