Nimble Makers: Fall Session 2 (Ages 8–12)
Nimble Craft · Media, PA

A four-week after-school studio series at Nimble Craft for kids ages 8–12, meeting Tuesdays Nov 10 through Dec 1 to try a new material and real studio technique each week, from cyanotype sun prints to cardboard architectural sculpture.
Expect a small, focused studio cohort of no more than six kids, each 75-minute session built around a single technique — UV exposure lamps for Prussian-blue cyanotype reveals one week, low-temp glue guns and yarn for stitched monograms the next, then layered stenciling and cardboard relief sculpture. Every session ends with a finished piece a young maker takes home, and the projects are all new, so returning October participants stay engaged alongside first-timers. It's a drop-off, after-school format that feels more like a real artist's studio apprenticeship than a kit-based craft class.
