MUPFL Friday Films - Father Mother Sister Brother
Media Library · Media, PA
A Friday afternoon screening of Jim Jarmusch's Golden Lion–winning family drama Father Mother Sister Brother (2025) in the library's upstairs theater, followed by a group discussion.
Expect a low-key, mid-day movie matinee in a small upstairs theater at the local library, with an audience of adults 18 and up settling in with hot tea and popcorn. The film itself is a wry, tender triptych about adult siblings and their distant parents, so the mood is thoughtful rather than flashy. Afterward, attendees stick around for a casual discussion of what they just watched, making it as much a small film club as a screening.
