Morning Craftoons (Ages 6–12)
Nimble Craft · Media, PA
Morning Craftoons is a weekend drop-off open studio at Nimble Craft where kids ages 6–12 work on hands-on craft projects while pre-screened '80s cartoons play in the background.
Parents hand off kids ages 6–12 at 10:00 AM and pick them up at 11:30, leaving 90 minutes of open-studio making with '80s cartoons running quietly in the background as atmosphere rather than the main attraction. Kids move through imagination-station projects built to stretch creativity and fine motor skills, with enough unstructured time to chat and make new friends in a small, relaxed studio. Grown-ups get a slow morning or can walk to Trader Joe's across the street for errands before pickup.
Nimble CraftNimble Craft is a cozy second-floor art studio and makers space on East State Street, perched above a yarn and sew shop. The intimate, communal setting invites hands-on creativity with a relaxed, social vibe — BYOB and settle in for an evening of making.
