Morning Craftoons (Ages 6–12)
Nimble Craft · Media, PA
A weekend-morning drop-off open studio at Nimble Craft where kids ages 6–12 work on hands-on craft projects while pre-screened '80s cartoons play in the background.
Parents hand off kids ages 6–12 at 10:00 AM and pick them up at 11:30, leaving the morning free — Trader Joe's is directly across the street for errands. Inside, kids rotate through imagination-station craft projects that build fine motor skills while vintage '80s cartoons loop in the background as ambient nostalgia rather than the main attraction. The atmosphere is relaxed and social, with room for kids to chat and make new friends while they work, and each child leaves with a finished piece.
Nimble CraftNimble Craft is a cozy second-floor art studio and makers space on East State Street, perched above a yarn and sew shop. The intimate, communal setting invites hands-on creativity with a relaxed, social vibe — BYOB and settle in for an evening of making.
