Media's Merry Musicians Holiday Concert
Media Library · Media, PA
Media's Merry Musicians is a free community ensemble of local and online musicians who rehearse together and perform a holiday program drawing on classical, traditional folk, and medieval repertoire.
A gathering of amateur and semi-pro players rather than a single headlining band, the sound is warm, unpolished in the best way, and built from whatever instruments show up — strings, winds, voices. The holiday set leans on traditional carols and older folk and medieval tunes, played with the easy, communal feel of people who enjoy making music together more than chasing perfection.
