Guided Sewing Studio is a $25 drop-in-style session at homesewn where sewists of all levels bring their own projects and get personalized help from an onsite instructor in the shop's equipped studio.
You'd bring a project you're stuck on (or just want company for) and settle in at homesewn's work table with access to their machines and supplies, while an instructor — Karen or Sam, depending on the session — circulates to help with fit, technique, and troubleshooting. Expect a small, mixed-skill group of fellow makers, so the atmosphere is part lesson, part sewing circle. Note the shop requires registration at least one day in advance so they can confirm an instructor will be onsite.
