Four Lean Hounds is a Philadelphia-based Grateful Dead tribute that plays the Dead's catalog in acoustic and electric configurations, with strong three-part harmonies and improvisation at the center.

Lovingly rendered Dead material drifts between hushed, harmony-forward acoustic passages and loose, electric full-band jams, with bluegrass, folk, and cowboy-tune detours folded in alongside American Beauty/Workingman's Dead-era staples. The band leans into improvisation and playful segues, building from gentle picking into sprawling, danceable jubilees.
