Craft-Under is a grown-up, low-stakes late-night craft sleepover at Nimble Craft in Media, PA, running 7–11 PM with open craft stations, a movie, warm popcorn, a canvas tote at check-in, and iron-on merit patches earned for trying new techniques.
Attendees drift between tactile, minimally-instructed craft stations — shrink-film charms, gelli plate prints, beaded keychains in October; botanical sachets, polymer trinket dishes, and felt ribbons in November; embossed metal ornaments, marbled glass baubles, and retro garland in December — while a movie plays and popcorn is passed around. It's a chat-and-sip, drop-in-and-out rhythm rather than a class, so the night feels like a relaxed hangout with friends where making something is the excuse. Everyone leaves with a tote bag, and the patch station turns trying a new technique into a small, playful reward.
