Book-aneers: Silly Stories After School
Media Library · Media, PA
An after-school read-aloud at the Media-Upper Providence Free Library, where Youth Services Librarian Miss Vicki shares a pile of silly picture books with kids in the children's room.
A short, low-key half hour in the children's room, with kids gathered around as Miss Vicki works through a stack of funny picture books. The material is pitched mainly at ages 4-8, though any age child is welcome, so expect a mix of preschoolers and early elementary kids with their caregivers. It's an easy, unhurried after-school stop rather than a big production — arrive close to 5pm and settle in for stories.
