Basic Cable: A Tribute to the Golden Age of MTV

Shere-E-Punjab · Media, PA

Basic Cable is a Philadelphia-area tribute band that recreates the golden age of MTV with covers of 1980s New Wave, synth-pop, rock, hair metal, and dance-pop hits.

A high-energy run through the MTV era, jumping from synth-driven New Wave and pop anthems to hair-metal riffs and dance-floor staples, all played with the big-chorus, singalong delivery of the originals.
